The Federal Bureau of Investigation confiscated photos of democracy, along with other personal trinkets, was arrested after the actress' former boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, eleven counts of fraud and money laudering in June.

Anne learned the snaps were chirping in federal custody after sending his brother, Michael, to retrieve photos of Follieri the storage facility in the Bronx.
"Michael went to the storage facility, but was told it was a day late. The day before (July 15), FBI agents had removed many documents, photos and what is believed to Anne's diaries from the cellar, "said an informant National Enquirer.
